What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. You might notice that your cart only has a button that says “Checkout with PayPal”. Don’t be discouraged; credit cards are processed through PayPal, and you don’t need a PayPal account either.
Currently, all domestic orders over $50 receive free shipping. Under $50, shipping is only $5.00, which includes a tracking number and delivery confirmation. It’s not your fault that we aren’t in your neighborhood, so we don’t want to gouge you with high shipping costs.
International orders will be charged a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping costs. International shipments will not include tracking an confimation, but will be fully insured. If your package, for any reason, gets lost between countries we promise to re-ship or refund your purchase fully.
We are certain that you will absolutely love what you order, but if for some reason you aren't completely satisfied SoulMakes will accept returns or echanges for unworn or defective items within 14 days of the shipping date. SoulMakes does reserve the right to refuse returns if there is noticable wear and tear, or evidence that the item has been mishandled.

- Please safely secure and pack return items, as SoulMakes is not responsible for damage caused during shipping a return

You bet we do! We love our customers and we want to prove it! All you need to do is sign up for our mailing list and we will send you coupons and let you know when we are having any specials.
Do we make custom orders?
Of course! If you have any special requests, please feel free to fill out our Custom Order Request Form. If you can dream it, we can make it!
