Studio Holiday Dates
The SoulMakes studio will be closed starting December 24th at 10:00 AM EST until January 4th at 9:00 AM EST. Orders placed during this time will be processed and shipped when our studio reopens January 4th.
Please note: While the studio is closed, our phones will not be monitored and email communications will be limited.
In order to expect that your order arrives by Christmas Eve Day (December 24th), you will need to place the order by the following dates:

*Select 'Standard Shipping' during checkout and we will automatically upgrade your shipping, if necessary, in order to have your order arrive by December 24th.

If you are worried that you might be too late, don't forget that we have gift cards! They are delivered immediately online!
*Orders placed after the dates listed above will still ship before Christmas Eve, but are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas Eve. Service interruptions from carriers, extreme weather, and other external causes beyond our control may affect delivery by December 24th. If you have any concerns or questions regarding shipping during the holidays, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns and Exchanges
We will be accepting returns and exchanges until January 31st for all holiday purchases (orders placed between November 1st and January 1st).
