In order to expect that your order arrives by Christmas Eve Day (December 24th), you will need to place the order by the following dates:

PO Boxes/Alaska/Hawaii Friday, December 15th at 11:59 PM PST

*Select 'Standard Shipping' during checkout and we will automatically upgrade your shipping, if necessary, in order to have your order arrive by December 24th.

If you are worried that you might be too late, don't forget that we have gift cards! They are delivered immediately online!

*Orders placed after the dates listed above will still ship before Christmas Eve, but are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas Eve. Service interruptions from carriers, extreme weather, and other external causes beyond our control may affect delivery by December 24th. If you have any concerns or questions regarding shipping during the holidays, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Gift Orders 

If you wish that a special message be written and added to the package, please let us know by typing the message exactly as you want it written on the cart page using the 'gift note' input field.

Returns and Exchanges

We will be accepting returns and exchanges until January 31st for all holiday purchases (orders placed between November 1st and January 1st).
