Expedited international shipping (2 to 4 business days) using DHL Express services is available starting at $60, and vary by country and order weight. You can calculate shipping costs using the Shipping Calculator on the cart page.
When will my order ship?
The majority of orders will be packaged and shipped within one business day, but please allow SoulMakes 1 to 2 business days to process and ship your order. Due to varying demand and order volumes, processing times may vary. Custom orders, special requests, made-to-order, and larger volume orders may be subject to longer processing times.
**Please note that processing and shipping times may run a bit longer throughout the holiday season and during sales and special promotions.

How will my order ship?
By default, shipping will be fulfilled using USPS for both domestic and international orders. Tracking will be automatically included for all qualifying* orders.
UPS, FedEx, DHL, or your preferred courier may be used upon request, but may be subject to additional costs.
Customs & Import Taxes
All customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their own country. SoulMakes is bound by law to declare the full value of your order, along with an invoice of purchase. SoulMakes will not be able to declare a lower value.
FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not head over heels about your SoulMakes order, you may make a return or exchange within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, with these conditions met:
- Return shipping is postmarked within 30 days of confirmed delivery date
- Items are unused, unworn, and in its original condition

If within the 30 day return period, you may contact us for a complimentary return shipping label (domestic returns only).
Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this depends on your credit card or banking institution)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges (if applicable)
